Current seeks a Chief Operating Officer to build the “firm of the future” by uniting operations, process engineering, data/AI enablement, and modern technology to scale client experience and margins.

This hands-on operator translates strategy into cadence, standardizes end-to-end workflows, and leads governance for AI use while driving culture, change, and growth across a multi-office platform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of operational leadership in professional services.
• Proven track record leading technology-enabled transformation (workflow, automation, data, AI).
• Strong process engineering mindset and change leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Own firmwide operations across offices and functions with high accountability.
• Define operating cadence: weekly metrics, monthly reviews, quarterly planning.
• Lead technology-enabled transformation including AI, automation, data platforms.
• Influence partners and leaders; align cross-functional teams around shared outcomes.
• Oversee talent, shared services, and integration of acquisitions when applicable.
