Fivetran, Inc. is hiring a Lead Company Operations Manager to join the COO Office. You will shape board materials, drive operating rhythms, and own cross-functional programs across Product, GTM, Finance, and Engineering. The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows and ambitious process improvements.

You will partner with executives to translate goals into cadence, ensure accurate data in reports, and drive initiatives from framing to delivery while maintaining a bias for action and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles, supporting stakeholders at all levels, up to and including senior executives.
• Systems thinker who designs processes others can run without you.
• Owner mentality with ambiguity tolerance and clear problem framing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of semi-annual Company Kickoffs and annual planning with clear narrative for the company.
• Prepare quarterly ELT Strategy Days and synthesize inputs into decision-ready artifacts.
• Own end-to-end board materials prep, including data and review cycles with ELT.
• Maintain a reliable source of truth for board and executive reporting metrics.
• Drive the operating rhythm: Weekly Business Reviews, QBRs, and OKR tracking.
