Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in transportation and logistics management with supervisory responsibilities.
• High School Diploma required.
• Must have forklift experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of warehouse environment.
• People management and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily warehouse staffing to ensure productive receiving and shipping.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, sanitation, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Adhere to budget and meet branch objectives.
• Maintain equipment and safety programs per OSHA and local regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage performance of direct reports.
• Report to deadlines and participate in meetings.
• Identify and propose improvements to warehouse operations.
