Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Forklift training/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and plan inbound/outbound activities.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and client KPI requirements.
• Manage scheduling, space, equipment, and manpower.
• Train and develop warehouse staff; participate in performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR for hiring and training needs.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and clients.
