Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound logistics, staff scheduling, and client communications. You will manage, train, and develop warehouse teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals within cost targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong planning skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: forklift certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communications daily.
• Plan daily work schedules and assign duties to warehouse staff.
• Hire, train and evaluate team performance; conduct performance reviews.
