Job summary

The role requires frontline supervision, hiring and training responsibilities, and the ability to partner with HR while meeting client KPIs.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication daily.
• Conduct staff meetings and ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage operations to meet productivity and service goals and comply with SOPs.
