Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 7 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems for managing operations, equipment, and products in a safe and profitable manner.
• Meet client KPIs and comply with quality system requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and cost-saving initiatives.
• Plan inbound/outbound volume, space utilization, and staffing needs.
• Provide training and performance evaluations for team members.
