Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, driving efficient, compliant and scalable service delivery. The role collaborates with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to improve performance and adopt new technologies.

Travel to client locations and offices is required to support implementations and on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership across delivery operations to ensure efficient, compliant, accurate, and consistent service.
• Collaborate with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, Customer Service and other partners to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, resolve operational issues, and develop scalable processes for order fulfillment and growth.
• Support recruitment and workforce planning with Delivery Managers using data and market trends.
• Oversee onboarding, client implementations, go-live, and post-go-live operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain efficient processes and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping and audits.
• Lead technology adoption and training for operational tools.
