Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead (PT) to support store processes and drive a strong selling culture. The OL works on opening, closing, training, and task delegation while upholding safety and compliance in a warehouse-style setting.

Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, manage freight and inventory, and mentor teammates through coaching and team huddles. Open availability nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent required.
• Background check will be completed.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs when moving merchandise.
• Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, handle Front-End processes, and maintain readiness.
• Coordinate staffing with the Assistant Store Manager to meet traffic and sales goals.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly zone workloads and assign tasks.
• Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance evaluation of the team.
• Process freight, stock shelves, and maintain an organized store.
