Job summary

At Home seeks an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes, open/close, training, and task delegation while upholding company standards designed to drive sales. The OL will handle all operation processes, including opening, closing, training, and task delegation, with an emphasis on safe, ethical conduct and compliance.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and team lifting 100 lbs as needed.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and move merchandise around the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing procedures and front-end processes to ensure readiness and security.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing for traffic, sales, and guest experience.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and delegate tasks to meet store and department goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to keep the store profitable.
• Lead, train, coach, and monitor team performance to improve productivity.
• Communicate through team huddles and daily interactions to elevate the customer experience.
• Manage freight processes, sorting, stocking, and end-cap maintenance to keep the store neat.
