Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and uphold company standards designed to drive sales. The role covers opening, closing, training, and task delegation in a warehouse-format store, emphasizing safety and ethical conduct.

The OL will coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, monitor labor standards, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and move merchandise.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations and Front-End processes.
• Coordinate staffing with Assistant Store Manager to support traffic and sales.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Train, coach, and motivate team; lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage freight processes and stock shelves; maintain organization.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
