Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and a strong selling culture by upholding company standards, safety, and compliance. The OL assists with opening, closing, training, and task delegation while moving through a warehouse-format store with lifting and stocking duties.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to labor policies, and ensuring operational readiness, inventory control, and customer satisfaction, with open availability for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store, manage front-end processes, and maintain cleanliness and security.
• Coordinate with Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing for traffic, sales, and customer experience.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly tasks to meet store and sales goals.
• Support inventory control, shrink, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience.
• Drive productivity through training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Lead daily team huddles to communicate and train on customer experience.
• Handle freight processes for incoming freight and transitions.
• Sort and stock products, maintain neat, clean shelves and end caps.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Maintain open availability including nights and weekends.
