Job summary

At Home is seeking a Part-time Operations Lead to support store processes and a sales-driven culture. This role reports to the Assistant Store Manager and involves opening, closing, training, and task delegation while upholding safety and ethical standards.

The Operations Lead will coordinate staffing, manage daily workflows, and assist in freight processing, inventory control, and customer experience to ensure a profitable operation. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear, concise communication – verbal and written.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and move merchandise.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Demonstrates reliability, ethics, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle store opening and closing procedures and Front-End tasks.
• Coordinate with Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and maintain store standards.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet sales goals and guest engagement.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.
• Train, coach, and monitor team performance to drive productivity.
• Lead daily huddles and communications to improve customer experience.
• Process freight, stock shelves, and maintain organized displays.
• Handle other duties as needed to support business needs.
