Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and a selling culture by upholding company standards designed to drive sales. The OL handles opening, closing, training, and task delegation while emphasizing ethics, safety, and compliance.

The OL coordinates with the Operations Manager to optimize staffing, manage freight, inventory, and customer experience, and lead daily zone work. Open availability for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs; move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store daily, ensure front-end readiness, and maintain security of assets and staff.
• Coordinate with the Ops Manager to optimize staffing and ensure timekeeping, labor standards, and customer experience metrics.
• Participate in Task Management by planning daily/weekly workloads and assigning tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and store profitability.
• Drive productivity through training, coaching, and performance appraisal.
• Communicate via team huddles to train topics supporting the customer experience.
• Handle freight processes for incoming freight and transitions.
• Process freight, stock products, maintain neat shelves and end caps.
• Open Availability (nights and weekends)
