Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a proactive supervisor to support daily workflow planning, review production volumes, set processing priorities, and coordinate with the Site Operations Lead to reassign work and adjust staffing to meet service level expectations.

You will monitor risks, maintain end‑of‑day reporting, onboard new team members, and drive improvements with the team. This role emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence to deliver reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Review production volumes and set processing priorities.
• Coordinate with Site Operations Lead to reassign work and adjust staffing.
• Anticipate operational risks and develop contingency plans.
• Maintain production tracking and end-of-day reporting.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and training with supervisors.
• Promote Verra Mobility values and lead by example.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and internal teams.
• Investigate escalations and provide timely resolutions.
• Provide feedback for workflow improvements and process enhancements.
• Participate in planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with external vendors and partners as needed.
• Support special projects and internal assignments.
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure continuity in supervisor's absence.
