Verra Mobility is seeking a Team Lead in the Government Solutions Event Processing department. This developing leader will be reliable, punctual, and make sound business decisions with a strong customer-centric mindset for internal and external stakeholders.

The Team Lead will support the Supervisor, coach team members, review performance, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with vendors and clients to ensure high-quality, efficient operations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; college experience preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead/facilitate meetings.
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and act with urgency to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Decisive and able to quickly make sound decisions.
• Professionalism and the ability to work well with different groups and leadership levels.
• Advanced computer skills with O365 suite and reporting databases.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly reviews processor performance and provides coaching and training to address gaps.
• Serve as a leader within a team environment and initial contact for escalations.
• Collects and disseminates daily metrics and reports.
• Responds to client, customer, and internal inquiries professionally and timely.
• Field and resolve escalated inquiries from other departments.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve procedures.
• Collaborate in planning using continuous improvement methodologies.
• Partner with outside vendors and subcontractors as needed.
• Oversee the office and team when the supervisor is out of the office.
• Process events as needed and support client interactions.
