Job summary

CircusTrix, dba Sky Zone, seeks an Operations Manager for full-time, onsite work in Roanoke. You will lead daily park operations, supervise team leads, coach in real-time, and support hiring and training efforts.

You’ll ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and brand standards while managing labor strategy with the GM. The role requires 2–3 years of formal management experience in high-volume guest-facing settings, strong communication, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume, guest-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach in real time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leads and frontline team members during scheduled shifts.
• Coach in real time to build a team culture of accountability, energy, and care.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
• Oversee daily park execution — including staffing, guest flow, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the GM on labor strategy, scheduling, and safety procedures.
• Adapt to real-time challenges to keep operations smooth and seamless.
• Lead guest experiences from check-in to check-out and handle guest recovery when needed.
