Peak Rentals’ Assistant Manager works under the Operations Manager to ensure excellent customer service for vendors and customers. You will coordinate field activities, manage employees, and handle daily reporting to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a focus on safety, fleet management, and cost control. This is a full-time position based in our Rentals unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain transportation fleet safety and compliance.
• Conduct periodic inspections and review daily trip reports.
• Coordinate field activities and supervise employees and daily reporting.
• Schedule major repairs and oversee maintenance activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and cost-control through vendor evaluation.
