Pengate Handling Systems, Inc. is hiring a Rental Manager to lead the Rental Department, drive day-to-day operations, and ensure efficient rental and demo equipment handling. You will work with internal teams to optimize scheduling, quotes, documentation, and equipment readiness.

The role emphasizes team leadership, customer service, and coordination with Service, Sales, Dispatch, and Accounting to maintain accurate records and department profitability.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in rental operations, equipment rental, or related field
• Previous management or leadership experience
• Rental industry experience preferred
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Rental Department employees; coordinate daily schedules and training.
• Prepare rental quotes, contracts, and associated documentation.
• Coordinate with Service for rental readiness and with Sales for demos.
• Track rental equipment and maintain accurate records in systems.
• Monitor department profitability and invoicing with Accounting.
