Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, fleet, parts inventory, and the technician team across our branch network. You will build strong customer and community ties while enforcing safety policies and company standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational planning, and financial management with a focus on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5 years related experience.
• 3 years of direct line management preferred.
• 1 year of experience managing technical employees preferred.
• Experience in financial management against measurable performance standards.
• Conceptual understanding of core Mobile Air & Power Rentals activities (Electrical, Diesel, Temp Control).
• Experience with lean principles (5S/6S) and process improvement preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct service execution delivery to enhance customer service levels.
• Supervise and deploy technicians through planning and scheduling.
• Lead workforce planning through skills development with the Regional Service Manager.
• Enforce standards and drive safety, teamwork, and efficiency.
• Provide input on personnel decisions (hiring, promotions, salary).
• Act as Local HSE Representative to drive safety performance.
• Ensure facilities and work areas are safe and fully operational.
• Coordinate fleet readiness, utilization, inventory, and maintenance.
