Responsibilities include optimizing the rental process, leading a sales-driven team, monitoring KPIs with advanced Excel, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize delays and maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with real-time monitoring tools and operational systems.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a performance-driven sales team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline the rental process to minimize wait times and deliver fast, friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, well-managed fleet that aligns with customer demand, including specialty vehicles.
