Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring for an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences. You will own cross-functional initiatives, define program roadmaps, and partner with product, engineering, and compliance teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

This role requires data-driven leadership in a regulated, fast-paced environment. Base pay ranges from $165,000 to $225,000 per year, with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably within large-scale or global operations.
• 3+ years of experience at a fintech or financial institution involving scaling operations and coaching.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps and execution plans with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive governance and executive-ready communications on status, risks, and impact.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and implement scalable improvements.
• Own end-to-end change management from design to adoption and measurement.
