Impact Public Schools seeks an Operations Associate to provide administrative, data, and operational support across the network's home office and school sites. You will help with data management, enrollment support, and meal program compliance while collaborating with multiple departments.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, strong communication, and a proactive approach to maintaining clean systems and accurate records across the network in a dynamic educational environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative operations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfort navigating database systems, student information systems (e.g., Skyward), or electronic record systems.

Responsibilities

• Data & Compliance Management: maintain accurate student and network records in Skyward and internal data tracking sheets.
• Reporting Assistance: support collection, entry, and analysis for compliance reports with high accuracy.
• Compliance & Audit Support: assist with routine audits of enrollment files and state reporting documentation.
• Data Management and Documentation for Specialized Services: support trackers and documentation for services including special education and Title I.
• Meal Compliance Eligibility Status Management: manage meal eligibility status and direct certification.
• Family Notifications: draft and send meal eligibility letters to families.
• Meal Data Verification: review meal data in MealTime systems for accuracy.
• On-Site Meal Service Observation: observe meal service to ensure compliance.
