Job summary

Cruxx in New Jersey is seeking an Operations Coordinator on-site to support its rapid growth. You will sit with the operations lead, take tasks off his plate, and help move to a larger office, handling desks, chairs and setup.

Over time you will learn the robotic system, work with engineers, surgeons and the clinical team in the OR, training for first cases and ensuring smooth operations. This role blends operations, project coordination and customer discovery.

Qualifications

• Evidence you can manage projects, co-ordinate, work off your own initiative, anticipate challenges, prepare, and manage time and budgets effectively.
• Ability to hold your own confidently - you will work with engineers, suppliers and surgeons teams.
• Willingness to train in the operating room and handle cadaver/live procedures in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the move to a new larger office: procurement, setup, and dedicated areas.
• Build workflows so engineers know prototype locations and build processes.
• Produce and ship materials for conferences and manage booth setup and teardown.
• Collaborate with engineers, clinical team and startups to support operations and success.
