Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer support analytics, field coordination, retail operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with CRM or operations platforms such as Salesforce or Embrace.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional logic, and reporting.
• Understanding of sales operations, order management, logistics, shipping, returns/exchanges, and retail processes.
• Strong ability to manage a high volume of phone calls and emails while maintaining customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to sales and customer service leadership.
• Monitor orders from placement through fulfillment, shipping, returns, exchanges, and backorders.
• Identify workflow delays and coordinate solutions to keep customer transactions moving.
• Track support tickets, escalations, response times, and service-level performance.
• Develop and maintain daily and weekly operational reports and dashboards.
• Use CRM, helpdesk, and other business systems to monitor activity and ensure proper routing.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, billing, and customer support teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain and update customer account information, including contacts, email addresses, specialties, and other relevant details.
• Assist with updating SOPs, process documentation, and operational workflows.
• Help improve processes that enhance efficiency and the overall customer experience.
