Job summary

Cruxx, a medical robotics company in New Jersey, seeks a Marketing Conference and Events Coordinator to own trade shows—from venue logistics to on-site build-outs of demo robots and navigation systems. You’ll ensure timely delivery, manage crews, and capture leads while keeping collateral brand compliant and filming booth activity for social channels.

Healthcare or medical device trade show experience is required; orthopedics or navigation systems exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Trade show experience in healthcare or medical devices.
• Experience coordinating complex demos and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Venue, logistics, booth, organising and checking; ensure robots and navigation systems arrive on time.
• Ensure collateral, media, and content are brand compliant.
• Capture leads and ensure leads land with the right people quickly.
• Film booth activity, surgeons, and conversations for social channels.
• Support breakfasts, evening events, and sponsored sessions.
• Be the face of the brand and engage with clients and surgeons.
