Job summary

Kommissary is seeking a highly organized Customer Success & Operations Coordinator in New York to blend client-facing service with logistics coordination and process improvement. This role supports daily meal delivery programs, monitors NOA cases, and prepares daily/weekly operational reports to ensure continuity and data integrity.

You will collaborate with warehouse, drivers, and support teams, manage client communications, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• 2-4 years experience in e-commerce operations or logistics.
• Experience working with multiple external partners.
• Attention to detail and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, responding to requests about delivery schedules, missing items, special orders, and more.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Work directly with warehouse and logistics teams to manage daily routing and prioritize orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, expiration dates, and product accuracy.
• Use Google Sheets and Excel to manage data and track tasks.
