Southland Industries is seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist the SI Operations Group and potentially support other departments. Core duties include managing the operations calendar, generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and coordinating interviews and travel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training in the construction field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Docusign and shared operations calendar for Operations Manager(s) daily
• Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Schedule interviews and book travel
• Assists in setting up projects and mobilization/demobilization
• Organize and book social events for the operations group
• Log training for new hires, and provide backup support for employee onboarding

Education
