Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience and/or training in the construction field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Docusign and shared operations calendar for Operations Manager daily.
• Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Schedule interviews and book travel.
• Assist in setting up projects and mobilization/demobilization.
• Organize and book social events for the operations group.
• Log training for new hires, providing backup support for employee onboarding.

Education

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
