Qualifications

• 2+ years data entry or similar work experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a high paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• General knowledge of smart devices and basic office technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales department to collect and validate client information.
• Prepare legal contracts and documents to send to corporate office.
• Review data to ensure accuracy.
• File and secure all documents per procedure.
• Complete daily contract reconciliation in all systems.
• Assist Administrative Supervisor in support of sales staff.
• Handle proprietary information in a confidential and classified manner.
• CRS data entry.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
