Job summary

The WesBanco Bank Inc. Operations Coordinator role supports teams across operations by planning, coordinating and driving project execution with a strong focus on process standardization and efficiency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential, and the incumbent will collaborate with branches, treasury management and lending personnel to resolve questions about deposit and loan records. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least three years banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years experience in banking, preferably in operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn banking software programs.
• Ability to interact across all levels of the organization and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist teams in planning, organizing and completing projects within operations.
• Support documentation, standardization and measurement of key processes for quality management.
• Provide internal customer support to branches, treasury management and lending personnel.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive scalability, automation and efficiency.
• Help maintain policies, SOX control documentation and risk assessments.
• Participate in training and guidance to team members on tasks and workflows.
