Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of three years experience in banking, preferably in operations.
• Leadership skills preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior management and branches.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn various banking software programs.

Responsibilities

• Assists teams to identify, plan and complete projects within operations.
• Provides training and guidance to team members on workload understanding, processing and management.
• Develops and implements operational plans, policies, procedures, and goals to improve scalability, automation and efficiency.
• Collaborates with leaders to guide change for scalability and automation and maintains strong stakeholder relationships.
• Maintains policies, SOX control documentation, risk assessments and other controls for assigned areas.
• Provides internal customer support to branches, treasury management and lending personnel on deposit and loan systems.
