Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with planning, organizing, developing and controlling department activities to accomplish objectives.
• Supports documentation, standardization and measurement of key business processes to promote quality management and efficiency.
• Provides internal customer support to branches, treasury management and lending personnel regarding deposit/loan records.
• Fosters collaboration across bank departments and stakeholders.
• Maintains policies, SOX control documentation, risk assessments and other controls for assigned areas.
