Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the operations team in planning, organizing, and executing projects. The role requires strong Excel and Word skills and an understanding of banking processes, risk controls, and SOX documentation.

You will collaborate with department leaders, provide internal customer support to branches and lending personnel, and help standardize and measure key processes to drive quality and efficiency across the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of three years banking experience, preferably in operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and organizing department activities to accomplish objectives.
• Develop and implement operational plans, policies, procedures, and goals for scalability and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation, SOX controls, risk assessments, and other controls in assigned areas.
• Provide internal customer support to branches, treasury management, and lending personnel."
• Collaborate with leaders to drive automation and process improvements.
• Learn all aspects of the operations department and cross-train across branches and departments.
