Job summary

FedEx Logistics seeks a clerical associate to support hub and station operations, including linehaul, records management, quality assurance and customer service. You will tend to damaged and misaddressed packages quickly to optimize delivery times and serve as the customer’s first contact for various issues.

Responsibilities include data entry, reporting, respond to inquiries, assist with audits and loss prevention activities, and ensure timely documentation and scan updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typing, data entry and use of office equipment.
• Customer service skills to respond to requests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
