Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a part-time clerical specialist to support hub and station operations, including linehaul, QA and customer service. You will handle data entry, report generation, and serve as the first line of contact for customer inquiries to help resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities include addressing damaged or misaddressed packages, maintaining accurate scan statuses, and assisting with audits and DOT files.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years customer service, clerical or related experience required; experience in dock operations environment or distribution center setting preferred.
• General business skills: typing, data entry, use of phone, copier and fax; MS Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support to management and operational functions (photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, answering phone).
• Reviews, researches and/or enters data in systems to support the functional area.
• Compiles data and provides regular and adhoc reports to management.
