Job summary

SimVentions, Inc is seeking a primary operational liaison for end-to-end lifecycle management of satellite, cellular, and cloud managed services. You will ensure service excellence and financial health through proactive monitoring, asset management, and detailed documentation supporting warfighter technology.

The role emphasizes logistics, incident management, and operational readiness with active security clearance requirements and a path to impactful government-focused missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, IT, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong ITSM understanding; ITIL certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate technical/financial data into actionable advice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incidents, monitor metrics (latency, uptime), and manage the incident queue from initiation to resolution.
• Maintain CMDB and perform regular asset audits for hardware and components.
• Track cloud usage and bandwidth against budgets; prepare advisory reports on cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead stand-ups for new services, coordinate vendor handoffs, and develop/maintain SOPs and runbooks.
