Job summary

The candidate will serve as the primary operational liaison for end-to-end lifecycle of satellite, cellular, and cloud managed services at SimVentions, Inc. This role ensures service excellence and financial health through proactive monitoring, asset management, and documentation to support warfighter technology, logistics, and operational readiness.

Requires strong ITSM knowledge, budget oversight, and ability to communicate complex data clearly.

Qualifications

• Strong logistics and supply chain analysis skills.
• ITSM principles knowledge; ITIL preferred.
• Experience with budgets and cost management.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incidents and performance metrics.
• Manage logistics and assets, CMDB accuracy.
• Track cloud usage against budgets.
