Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Process Design Manager to lead process improvement and transformation initiatives aligning with Operational Excellence and enterprise strategy. You will partner with executives, deployment champions, and LOB stakeholders to implement solutions that drive productivity and customer satisfaction.

The role requires deep process knowledge, agile delivery experience, and the ability to communicate across business and technology domains while guiding governance and change

Qualifications

• Defines and maintains Business Objects.

• Experience collaborating well and influencing senior executives.
• Background in agile delivery and software testing.

Responsibilities

• Implements highly complex solutions to resolve issues, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality and sustainability.
• Oversees partnerships with support organizations and LOB partners to gather information for solutions.
• Integrates process design best practices with business redesign to align with long-term goals.
• Manages change by establishing governance routines to inspect health of programs and project portfolios.
• Ensures Enterprise Change Management policies are applied with LOB stakeholders.
• Defines and maintains an operational technology strategy to support process transformation objectives.
• Translates complex workflows into normalized Process Objects and enables enterprise knowledge capture assets.
• Evaluates operational needs and supports future-state solution design.
