The candidate will promote process management principles, create business cases, and lead continuous improvement within Enterprise Process Management policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of process design experience across processes, people, and technology.
• Advanced process mapping skills using Visio or ARIS.
• Proficient with MS Excel to conduct data analysis that yields new process insights.
• Proficient with MS PowerPoint to construct and deliver presentations.
• 3+ years of strategic planning experience including multi-year plans and business cases.
• Possesses a basic awareness of technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implements low to moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls.
• Works directly with Line of Business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions.
• Establishes a model for continuous process improvement by applying process engineering best practices.
• Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design oriented solutions.
• Supports the development of enterprise change management deliverables (SIPOC, RACI, risk assessments, control plans).
