Job summary

Laborie Medical Technologies Corp is seeking a Territory Manager – Operating Room to drive sales in an assigned OR/ASC territory. You will present Laborie products, train clinicians, and build accounts across hospitals and surgical centers.

The role requires 5+ years of medical device sales experience, strong OR knowledge, and the ability to travel extensively. You will report to the Urology Sales team and contribute to revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device or related field, preferably in Urology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities; able to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Sell Laborie products and services to medical professionals in ORs and hospitals to grow revenue and penetrate accounts.
• Provide clinical support and training on proper product use to physicians and staff.
• Identify new prospects, follow up on leads, and develop action plans, presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Utilize sales tools to develop prospects, achieve targets, and maintain accurate activity, forecast, and follow-up reports.
• Manage customer relationships and coordinate internal resources to ensure successful outcomes.
