Laborie Medical Technologies Corp in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Territory Manager – Operating Room to drive sales and growth within hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers across a defined territory. You will present Laborie products, train clinicians on proper use, and develop business opportunities with physicians and staff.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of medical device sales experience (preferably in Urology), strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years sales experience in medical devices, preferably in Urology.
• Strong problem-solving and results orientation.
• Operating Room knowledge and procurement experience.
• Certification to access accounts within the territory.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Account Growth: Present Laborie products and services in offices and hospitals to drive revenue.
• Clinical Support & Training: Advise physicians and staff on product use and provide in-service education.
• Business Development: Identify new prospects, follow up on leads, develop plans and proposals.
• Sales Tools & Reporting: Use tools to build prospects and maintain reports on activities and forecasts.
• Customer Relationship Management:Address concerns and coordinate resources for successful outcomes.
