Job summary

Laborie in Orlando, FL is seeking a Territory Manager – Operating Room to drive revenue by selling Laborie products to operating rooms and ambulatory surgery centers. You will present solutions, train clinicians, and build productive relationships with doctors and staff.

The role requires 5+ years of medical device sales, OR knowledge, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably in Urology.
• Strong OR knowledge and procurement process understanding.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory.
• Certification/credentialed to access applicable accounts.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell Laborie products to clinicians in ORs and ASCs.
• Provide clinical support and in-service training to staff.
• Identify new prospects and develop plans to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate reports on activities, forecasts, and opportunities.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful customer outcomes.
