Job summary

Laborie in Hartford, CT is seeking a Territory Manager - Operating Room to drive revenue by selling our medical devices and services to physicians, OR staff, and hospitals within an assigned territory.

You will deliver clinical support, training, and product education, identify new prospects, close contracts, and maintain accurate forecasts and activity reports. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of medical device sales experience and a Bachelor's degree, with willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• 5+ years sales experience in medical device field, preferably Urology.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Access to accounts within the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Sell Laborie products and services to physicians, OR staff, and hospitals in the assigned territory.
• Provide clinical support and product training to clinicians and staff.
• Identify new prospects, follow up on leads, and close contracts to drive revenue.
• Maintain accurate activity, forecast, and reporting in CRM and internal systems.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful patient outcomes.
