Job summary

Laborie in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager for the Operating Room to drive sales and strengthen relationships with medical professionals across hospitals and ambulatory centers within a defined Urology territory.

You will present Laborie products, provide clinical support, deliver in-service trainings, identify new business opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasts and reports to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of medical device or related field sales experience.
• Strong problem-solving and results-oriented approach.
• Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Account Growth: Present and sell Laborie products to medical professionals, focusing on revenue growth and account penetration.
• Clinical Support & Training: Advise physicians and staff on product use, provide technical support, and deliver in-service education.
• Business Development: Identify new prospects, follow up on leads, and prepare plans and proposals to drive opportunities.
• Sales Tools & Reporting: Use sales tools to develop prospects and maintain accurate activity, forecast, and follow-up records.
• Customer Relationship Management: Resolve concerns and coordinate resources to ensure successful outcomes.
