Job summary

Laborie, a leading medical device company, is seeking a Territory Manager – Operating Room to drive sales and service in a dedicated Houston territory. You will present Laborie products to physicians and staff, provide clinical training, and coordinate with internal teams to close deals.

The role requires 5+ years of medical device sales experience, strong OR knowledge, and willingness to travel. Bachelor’s degree and credentialing to access accounts are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated medical device sales experience, preferably in Urology.
• Strong problem-solving and results-oriented approach with teamwork.
• Excellent Operating Room knowledge and materials management experience.
• Credentialing to access all accounts within assigned geography.
• Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Sales & account growth: Present and sell Laborie products to medical professionals across offices and hospitals.
• Clinical support & training: Advise physicians and staff on proper product use and provide in-service education.
• Business development: Identify new prospects and prepare proposals to drive opportunities.
• Sales tools & reporting: Use tools to develop prospects and maintain reports on activities and forecasts.
• CRM & account management: Resolve customer concerns and coordinate internal resources for outcomes.
