Job summary

Laborie seeks a Territory Manager for Operating Rooms and Ambulatory Surgery Centers in a defined Michigan territory. You will drive revenue by presenting Laborie products to medical professionals across offices and hospitals, growing accounts and delivering in-service training to staff.

As a key member of the Urology team, you will provide clinical support, identify new opportunities, and manage forecasts, routes, and follow-ups to ensure successful outcomes while traveling extensively in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of proven medical device sales experience, preferably in Urology.
• Strong problem-solving and results-driven mindset.
• Advanced presentation and negotiation skills; ability to persuade stakeholders.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sales & account growth: present Laborie products to medical professionals and hospitals.
• Clinical support & training: advise physicians and staff on product use and conduct in-service education.
• Business development: identify new prospects, follow up on leads, and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Sales tools & reporting: use CRM and tools to track activity, forecasts, and closings.
• Customer relationship management: resolve concerns and coordinate resources for successful outcomes.
