Company Overview:

Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in‑home care company. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the branch independently, including corporate training and support.
• Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
• Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and Scheduling: Hire and onboard new team members; ensure all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
• In‑home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Oversee office budget and reflect in profit and loss statements.
• Cultivating Culture: Create the workplace of choice for your territory and set the tone of team morale.
