Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch in Huntsville, TX. As director, you will independently manage and lead the branch with ongoing corporate training and support.

Responsibilities include developing a marketing plan, building referral partnerships, hiring and staffing, and overseeing client intake, satisfaction, and branch budgeting. The role rewards performance with a base salary and profit sharing.

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners such as hospitals and senior services.
• Hire, onboard and staff shifts; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Conduct in-home assessments, build client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget reflected in P&L; shape branch culture and morale.

Responsibilities: As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.

Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.

Preferred Qualifications:

A proven leader with previous experience managing a team

$80,000 Base Salary with 20% quarterly cash profit share
