Cornerstone Caregiving seeks a highly capable director to lead its New Bedford, MA branch, steering growth while leveraging corporate training and support. You will manage operations, staffing, and client relationships in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with strong leadership backing.

Responsibilities include marketing, referrals, staffing, in-home assessments, budgeting, and culture-building to deliver exceptional care and profitability for the local community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate the New Bedford branch with ongoing corporate training support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate referral partnerships with hospitals, hospices, and senior living communities.
• Hire, onboard, and staff all shifts; monitor on-call duties across clients and caregivers.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee the branch budget and profitability reporting.
• Foster a thriving workplace culture and motivate the team.

Responsibilities

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Business Development

Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Referral building

Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling

Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments

Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management

Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.

Cultivating Culture

Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.

Preferred Qualifications

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• $80,000 Base Salary with 20% quarterly cash profit share
